2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide search results - Your queries are sent to our server to fetch niche data
• To improve the service - We analyze search patterns to add better features
• To cache results - Queries are cached for 4 hours to improve speed
• Analytics - Google Analytics helps us understand how people use the site
• We never sell your data - Period.

Where data is stored:

• Search queries: Cached in our SQLite database for 4 hours, then automatically deleted
• Analytics: Stored by Google Analytics (see Google's privacy policy)
• Server location: Canada-based hosting

How we protect it:

• HTTPS encryption for all connections
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Regular security updates
• No sensitive personal data stored

4. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Essential cookies - Platform selection (KDP vs YouTube), cached preferences
• Analytics cookies - Google Analytics tracking (you can opt-out via browser settings)
• No advertising cookies - We don't track you across other websites

This service is intended for adults (18+) interested in starting content businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us immediately.

If you're using this service from outside Canada, please note that your data may be processed in Canada. By using this service, you consent to this. We comply with Canadian privacy standards which are comparable to GDPR and other international frameworks.
